During the workshop, Peter Geelen (Plant Empowerment Academy) will connect the Plant Empowerment principles to practical growing decisions. Hidde Preidel (4Evergreen & bell pepper grower) will bring the grower’s perspective, sharing how he learned to apply and monitor these principles effectively in bell pepper cultivation.
Topics will include:

⚡ The energy balance as a driving factor for crop water balance
🍅 Practical applications and experiences from greenhouse production
